摘要
研究了打叶复烤行业烟梗筛分设备现状,分析了梗拐剔除设备技术的原理设计,从而提出梗拐剔除设备的实施方案。通过实施梗拐剔除设备的方案,证明改新的设备比项目小组现有设备的平均有效筛分率81.90%有显著提高。
The present situation of screening equipment for the tip of cabo in threshing and redrying industry wasstudied, and the principle design of eliminating equipment for the tip of cabo was analyzed, and the implementationscheme of eliminating equipment for the tip of cabo was put forward. The scheme of eliminating equipment proved thatthe average effective screening rate of the new equipment was 81.90% higher than that of the existing equipment in theproject team.
