摘要
通过改变某款GDI汽油发动机排气背压,在40kPa、50kPa、60kPa、70kPa四个边界条件下进行发动机外特性试验,以探究其对发动机性能的影响。试验结果表面,随着发动机排气背压增大,额定点功率、扭矩减小,油耗率增大。以实测数据验证了理论推测,并为整车排气管压损值设计提供了数据支持。
By changing the exhaust back pressure of a GDI gasoline engine, four groups of full load tests were carried outunder the four boundary conditions of 40 kPa, 50 kPa, 60 kPa and 70 kPa to explore the effects on engine performance.Thetest results show that with the increase of exhaust back pressure, rated power and torque decrease, and fuel consumptionincreases. The theoretical prediction is verified by the measured data and provides data support for the design of theexhaust pressure loss value of the vehicle.
