摘要
文章基于用户对重卡轻量化的需求,介绍了一种在不影响安全性能情况下的轻量化悬架的设计分析,对设计方案进行CAE分析和试验验证,确保轻量化悬架在自重轻的情况下满足使用强度满足要求。
In this paper, based on the user's demand for lightweight the design and analysis of a lightweight suspensionwithout affecting the safety performance are introduced, and the design scheme is analyzed by CAE and tested to ensure thatthe lightweight suspension meets the requirements of using strength under the condition of lightweight.
