摘要
文章主要研究自动变速器主减速齿轮啮合啸叫的问题现象,通过CAE、斑点试验等手段确定了齿轮啮合啸叫问题点,根据对齿轮啮合啸叫发生机理的分析定制了微观修形、三截面控制和同轴加工的改进措施,为主减速齿轮零件优化设计提供借鉴和参考。
This paper mainly studies the problem of the automatic transmission main reduction gear noise, through CAEand spot test method to determine the gear noise point, according to the analysis of the principle of gear noise custom threesection control, the microscopic shape and coaxial processing measures, to provide reference for optimization design of themain reduction gear.
