石灰石脱硫剂静态固硫特性试验研究

摘要 基于来自朔州、晋中、阳泉地区的石灰石粉分别和煤粉混合后的静态燃烧固硫试验,分析了石灰石脱硫剂的产地、粒径及含量对其静态固硫特性的影响。研究结果表明:不同产地的石灰石粉静态固硫效果略有不同,其固硫顺序为:阳泉>朔州>晋中。石灰石的粒径对静态固硫效果影响显著,随着粒径的增大,固硫效果降低。石灰石的含量对静态固硫效果也有一定影响,随着含量的增大,固硫效果随之提高;但是当含量增大到一定程度时,固硫效果增加的幅度趋于平缓。通过改变石灰石的粒径及含量,甚至是产地,来提高其静态固硫效果,具有显著的改善,对降低石灰石脱硫剂的消耗量具有指导意义。 Based on limestone powder from Shuozhou,Jinzhong and Yangquan mixed with coal powderstatic burning desulfurization experiment,the effects of the origin, particle size and content of limestone staticdesulfurization characteristics are analyzed.The result shows that there is a slight difference in static desulfurization effect of limestone powder from different producing areas,its permeability order:Yangquan 〉 Shuozhou 〉 Jinzhong;The particle size of limestone has a significant effect on static desulfurization effect,with the increase of particle size, the desulfurization effect is reduced;The content of limestone has some influence on the static desulfurization effect,with the increase of the content is, the desulfurization effect increases,however,when the content is increased to a certain extent,the desulfurization effect increases slowly. By changing the size and content of limestone,even the origin,in order to improve the effect of static desulfurization,it has remarkable effect,it is of great significance to reduce the consumption of limestone desulfurizer.
