摘要
实践教学质量评价是应用型本科院校教学质量管理的重要环节,对于提高实践教学质量具有积极意义和关键作用。针对实践教学质量评价的模糊性,采用AHP评价模型,不但能够在有关领域专家的知识和主观经验的基础上利用严谨的数学方法最大限度的去除主观成分,合理给定评价模型,还可以采用定量方法对实践教学质量评价中的定性问题进行描述,以较好的融合定性与定量分析,克服原有的教师实践教学质量评价过程中的随意性,增强了实践教学质量评价标准的可靠性、准确性和客观公正性。
The evaluation of practical teaching quality is an important part of the teaching quality management ofapplication-oriented universities,and it has positive significance and key role in improving the quality of practicalteaching. Aiming at the ambiguity of the evaluation of practical teaching quality,the AHP evaluation model cannot only use the rigorous mathematical methods to remove the subjective components,but also determine the evaluation model reasonably based on the knowledge and subjective experience of experts in relevant fields. Quantitative methods describe the qualitative problems in the evaluation of practical teaching quality,so as to better integrate qualitative and quantitative analysis,it can overcome the randomness of the teacher practice teaching qualityevaluation process in the past,and improve the reliability and accuracy of the practice teaching quality evaluationstandard,objective impartiality.
