摘要
目的探讨急性阑尾炎患者应用手术室舒适护理对其并发症的影响。方法 80例急性阑尾炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上使用手术室舒适护理。比较两组患者的护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果试验组护理满意度为92.5%,对照组护理满意度为75.0%,试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率为5.0%,对照组并发症发生率为20.0%,试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性阑尾炎患者应用手术室舒适护理可以明显提高护理满意度,降低并发症的发生率,值得推广。
Objective To explore the influence of comfortable nursing in operation room on the complications of patients with acute appendicitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute appendicitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, the experimental group was given comfortable nursing in operation room on the basis of the control group. The nursing satisfaction and occurrence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 92.5%, and that of the control group was 75.0%. The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 5.0%, and that in the control group was 20.0%. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically signficant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing for patients with acute appendicitis can significantly improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications, it is worth promoting.
