摘要
运用有限元软件对某主跨为110m的悬浇变截面混凝土连续梁桥零号块进行水化热研究,分析零号块各构件温度发展规律,将现场各测点实测记录与计算结果进行比较,验证数值模拟的准确性。结果表明:零号块各构件温度发展规律并不相同,横隔板断面的水化热高于其他断面;横隔板中心由于体积大、散热条件差,水化热温度最高,降温历时最长。远离横隔板的断面水化热作用并不明显。水化热温度场的计算值与实测值较为吻合。
The study of the hydration heat of the zero block of cantilever casting prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge with a main span of 110 m was done by the finite element software. The law of temperature development was analyzed, and the accuracy was verified by the comparison between the measured results and the numerical simulation results. The result shows that the law of the temperature development of each component of the zero block is not the same, The hydration heat of the diaphragm beam is higher than the other sections. Due to the large volume and the poor heat dissipation conditions, the temperature of the diaphragm beam is highest, the cooling time of the diaphragm beam is longest. The hydration heat of the section far away from the diaphragm beam is not obvious. The calculated values of measured results and the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the measured values.
