摘要
针对传统管理模型控制环保成本效果不佳的问题,设计一个考虑环保成本的土建项目最优管理模型。根据近几年某企业环保成本增长状况分析该模型的设计需求,通过环保成本与控制偏差之间的关系,对弥补性成本和预防控制性成本进行定量分析,最后利用二者函数关系推导出环保成本最优管理模型,实现对土建项目环保成本的有效管理。结果表明:与传统监测模型相比,利用土建项目最优管理模型对环保成本进行控制,实现了企业利润最大化,环保成本节约了3. 3万元,控制效果较好,基本满足了该模型设计的目的。
When using the traditional management model to control the environmental cost of the civil project, it is impossible to maximize the profit of the enterprise and the control effect. In view of the above problems, the optimal management model of civil project is designed to consider the environmental cost. According to the design requirements of the enterprise's environmental cost growth in recent years, the relationship between the environmental cost and the control deviation is used to make a quantitative analysis of the compensatory cost and the preventive control cost.
