摘要 传统污水控制系统辅助处理工艺完成工作时,调节所需时间长,效率不高。针对上述问题,对污水自动控制系统设计与设备选型进行研究。针对研究项目简要介绍污水处理工艺,并在此基础上设计污水自动控制系统,参照设备选型原则对系统所需要的高速率硬件设备进行选型,软件采用Win CC组态软件作为上位机控制平台,通过各监控画面实时调整系统运行参数,并通过自控网络通信结构与下位机相连,控制现场设备运行状态,实现污水自动控制。利用污水自动控制系统辅助完成污水处理工作,效率提高35%,解决传统污水控制系统效率问题。 When the auxiliary treatment process of the traditional sewage control system is completed, the time needed for adjustment is long and the efficiency is not high. In view of the above problems, the design and equipment selection of sewage auto- matic control system are studied. In view of the research project, the wastewater treatment process is briefly introduced, and a sewage automatic control system is designed. According to the principle of equipment selection, the high - speed rate hardware equipment needed by the system is selected. The software uses WinCC configuration software as the upper computer control plat-form and adjusts the system running parameters through the monitoring screen. The automatic control network communication structure is connected with the lower computer to control the operation status of the field equipment and realize the automatic control of sewage. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows : the sewage treatment system is assisted by the automatic sewage control system, and the efficiency is increased by 35% , so as to solve the problem of the efficiency of the traditional sewage control system.
