摘要 研究了以改性活性炭为催化剂,乙二醇与苯乙酮、环戊酮的缩酮反应。结果表明,改性后的活性炭对环戊酮乙二醇的催化活性高。最终得出合成环戊酮乙二醇缩酮的最佳条件为:环戊酮和乙二醇的摩尔比为1:1.7,带水剂为环戊酮用量(以环戊酮质量份计)的9.5%,催化剂为环戊酮用量的9.5%,反应6 h后,缩酮的收率达到75.5%。 The ketal of ethanediol with acetophenone and cyclopentanone to synthesis acetophenone cylic ethylic ketal and cyclopentanone ethylene ketal over activated carbon modified by FeCl3 has been investigated. The result indicated that, after themodified activatedcharcoal must be higher than to the cyclopentanoneglycol catalytic activity to the hypnoneglycol ketal, and obtains the cyclopentanone glycol more superior craft condition.Under theatmospheric pressure, in the cyclopentanone and the glycol proportionis1: 1.7, includingwater medicinal preparation for cyclopentanone amount used (by cyclopentanone qualityshare idea)9.5 %, the catalyst for the cyclopentanone amount used 9.5 %, after responded6hours, ketal receiving rate achieves 75.5 %.
