摘要
德国双元制职业教育是我国高职教育工作者公认成功的职教体系,在其职教体系中有一个独具特色的培训培载体为跨企业培训中心。我国多数高职院校看到跨企业培训中心的重要作用,也引进德国职业教育"双元制"教育模式,建设跨企业培训中心。本文介绍德国跨企业培训中心的建设和运行情况,探索我国高职教育中跨企业培训中心建设路径,旨在为我国职业教育的发展提供具有参考价值的模式。
The dual system vocational education in German is recognized as a successful vocational education system for education workers in higher vocational colleges in China. In the system,there is a unique training carrier for cross-enterprise training center. Most higher vocational colleges in China have seen the important role of the cross-enterprise training center. They have also introduced＂dual system＂education model of vocational education in German to build the cross-enterprise training center.This paper analyzes the construction and running status of the cross-enterprise training center of German,explores the path of the cross-enterprise training center in higher vocational education in China,to provide a reference model for the development of vocational education in china.
