阳离子接枝改性超支化有机硅整理剂的应用性能 被引量:1

摘要 以超支化有机硅为原料,3-氯-2-羟丙基-三甲基氯化铵为接枝剂进行接枝改性,合成了一种新型的有机硅整理剂;采用浸渍法对织物进行整理,讨论了整理剂质量浓度对织物抗菌性、抗静电性、白度以及柔软性的影响。结果表明,整理剂质量浓度为5 g/L时,涤纶织物的抗静电性最好;整理剂质量浓度为15 g/L时,棉织物的抗菌性可达86.6%,柔软性明显提高,白度基本无变化。 A new silicone finishing agent is synthesized by grafting with hyperbranched silicone as raw material and then grafted with 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl-trimethylammonium chloride as grafting agent. The effect of finishing agent concentration on the antibacterial property, antistatic property, whiteness and softness is investigated. The results show that the antistatic property of polyester fabric is the best when the finishing agent is 5 g/L. When the finishing agent is 15 g/L, the antibacterial property of cotton fabric can reach 86.6%, the softness increases obviously, and the whiteness is unchanged.
