摘要
目的：探讨解癃汤联合低频脉冲电刺激对宫颈癌术后尿潴留的治疗效果,为临床应用提供有力的理论依据。方法：选取医院宫颈癌术后尿潴留的患者120例,其中在治疗期间接受解癃汤联合低频脉冲电刺激的患者64例,为治疗组,接受传统膀胱功能训练进行治疗56例,为对照组。对比两组的治疗效果,膀胱功能,尿动力学参数。结果：治疗组疗效明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组治疗后其膀胱逼尿肌收缩力、膀胱顺应性均高于治疗前（P〈0.05）,尿道压、尿道闭合压和治疗前比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）;两组间比较,治疗组膀胱逼尿肌收缩力、膀胱顺应性恢复程度均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组患者残余尿量明显少于对照组,尿潴留的发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：采用解癃汤联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留的临床效果确切,能有效改善膀胱的功能和尿动力学参数。
Objective：To investigate the effect of combined low-frequency pulsed electrical stimulation on postoperative urinary retention of cervical cancer and provide a powerful theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods：120 patients with urinary retention after cervical cancer operation were selected in our hospital. Among them, 64 patients who received the combined low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation were treated during the treatment, 56 patients were treated with traditional bladder functional training for the treatment group.The therapeutic effect, bladder function and urodynamic parameters were compared between the two groups.Results：The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The bladder detrusor contractility and bladder compliance of the two groups were all higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference in urethral pressure and urethral closure pressure between before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.Comparing the two groups, the bladder detrusor contractility and bladder compliance recovery in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The residual urine volume in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the incidence of urinary retention was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of treatment of uroschesis after cervical cancer operation with Jielong decoction combined with low frequency pulse electric stimulation was definite and the bladder function and urodynamic parameters were improved effectively.
