摘要
焊缝背面金属飞溅是薄板激光拼焊常见的问题,对焊缝美观和表面耐蚀性能造成影响。通过激光功率和焊接速度匹配,在保持焊接线能量相同的情况下得到了不同的焊缝成形和金属飞溅量。对于速度为6 m/min的焊接过程,改变激光入射方向和离焦量以实现焊缝成形,减少金属飞溅量。试验结果表明:金属蒸汽从匙孔下方喷出和下方开口处液态金属的堆积是造成大颗粒和巨颗粒飞溅的主要原因。激光沿焊接方向入射时,增加离焦量有利于减少匙孔下方的金属蒸汽喷发量,有助于在高速焊接时降低焊缝背面的金属飞溅量。
The metal spatter on the weld back is a common problem in laser tailor welding of thin plate, which affects the weld appearance and surface corrosion resistance. With the matching of laser power and welding speed under the same energy input, different weld formation and spatter quantity were obtained. For the welding process with speed of 6 m/min, changing the laser incident direction and defocusing amount can achieve weld formation and reduce the metal spatter amount. The experimental results show that the eruption of metal vapor from back of keyhole and the accumulation of liquid metals in the back of keyhole are the main reasons for large and super large size spatters. Laser inclinating along welding direction and increasing defocusing amount are helpful to decrease the eruption of metal vapor from back of keyhole and reduce the amount of metal spatter on the back of the weld during high speed welding.
