摘要
板料的成形性能受自身特性和各向异性的影响,使得板料表现出不同的成形性能。本文以冷轧碳素薄钢板SPCC、SPCD为研究对象,应用电子万能试验机,在13 mm/min的速度下对两种不同取向冷轧钢板进行了拉伸试验,分析比较了SPCC和SPCD两种冷轧钢板在不同条件下的力学性能和厚向异性指数,通过光学显微镜观察了拉伸前后的显微组织。结果表明,SPCC钢的抗拉强度、屈强比大于SPCD钢,SPCD钢板具有更好的成形性能;晶粒在三个方向的变形都没有明显的差别,且SPCC钢板与SPCD钢板的晶粒变形状态相似,两种板材的各向异性相当。
The formability of sheet metal is influenced by its own characteristics and anisotropy, which makes the sheet metal exhibit different formability. Taking the cold rolled carbon steel sheets SPCC and SPCD as the research object, the tensile tests of the two kinds of cold-rolled steel sheets with different orientations at the speed of 13 mm/min were carried out by using electronic universal testing machine. The mechanical properties and the thickness anisotropy index of the two cold rolled steel plates of SPCC and SPCD under different conditions were analyzed and compared. The microstructure before and after tension was observed by optical microscope. The results show that the tensile strength and the yield strength ratio of SPCC steel are higher than those of SPCD steel sheet, therefore, SPCD steel sheet has better formability; there is no obvious difference in the deformation of the grain in the three directions, the deformation state of SPCC and SPCD steel sheets is similar, and the anisotropy of the two sheets is equivalent.
