摘要
以不同的等温锻造温度成形了机械转子用2524铝合金,并进行了高温磨损和高温抗氧化性能的测试与分析。结果表明,随等温锻造温度从350℃增大到475℃,试样的高温磨损和高温抗氧化性能均先提高后下降。机械转子用2524铝合金的等温锻造温度优选为425℃。
2524 aluminum alloy for mechanical rotor was formed by using different isothermal forging temperatures. The high temperature wear and high temperature oxidation resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the isothermal forging temperature increasing from 350℃ to 475℃, the high temperature wear and high temperature oxidation resistance of the samples increase firstly and then decrease. The optimized isothermal forging temperature of 2524 aluminum alloy for mechanical rotors is 425℃.
