摘要
针对长期停工过程中存在的诸多不确定性因素导致的复建高速公路涵洞既有结构质量问题,提出了一种基于正态云的评价方法来评估其质量安全等级。选取翼墙、盖板等5个一级指标构建了停工复建高速公路涵洞质量评价指标体系。采用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定其权重系数,基于云模型理论计算各评价因子隶属于评价级别的云特征数字,生成正态云滴,实现了评语与评估指标值之间的不确定映射,保留了评估过程中的随机性和模糊性。以某复建高速公路涵洞为例进行分析,结果表明,采用正态云模型的安全评价方法能降低评价标准的主观性,为高速公路复建工程项目施工提供了依据,也为复建高速公路涵洞质量评价提供了一种新方法。
The present paper is inclined to propose a comprehensive evaluation model based on the Delphi method and normal cloud model to predict and assess the damage status-in-situ of the complicated highway culverts for their multitude uncertainties in the long shutdown process. Therefore, based on the theory of probability and fuzzy mathematics, we have made efforts to realize the conversion between the qualitative language description and the quantitative numerical illustration, which is of great use for the safety evaluation to rebuild the culvert quality. Through the a- nalysis, we have chosen the wing wall, the cover plate, the foun- dation, the culvert platform, the subsidiary structure as the first level indexes. It is just on the said foundation that we have established 23 second level indexes so as to accomplish a set of construction of the quality evaluation indexical system of the highway culvert. In an attempt to get rid of subjectivity in the evaluation process, we have been trying to determine the weight coefficients with the Delphi method and the AHP method. And, then, we have worked out each cloud digital characteristic feature and generated the normal cloud droplets based on the cloud model theory, whereas we have also realized the uncertainty mapping between the evaluation and the evaluation index. At the same time, we have also made sure the randomness and fuzziness in the evaluation process, for example, a rebuilt highway culvert can imply that the comprehensive quality grade of the highway culvert is between the good and the general, with the main reason affecting the existing structure quality being the reinforcement corrosion and concrete spalling in the combination of the new and old structure. The actual situation and the evaluation results can thus be made consistent with the scenerio. Therefore, it can be concluded that the safety evaluation method by using the normal cloud model helps to reduce the subjectivity of evaluation standard, provide the basis for the construction of highway rehabilitation project, and in turn provide a new method for the quality evaluation of the culvert in a highway system.
