摘要
为提高火车缓冲箱内壁抛丸质量,降低人力成本,提出了1种新型火车缓冲箱内壁抛丸旋转摇头悬挂系统结构方案,抛丸时使倒挂的火车缓冲箱可同时做旋转与摇头运动,缓冲箱内壁从不同角度接受抛丸机抛头抛出的弹丸冲击,全方位清理,抛丸彻底。分别设计了该系统的主驱动装置、旋转装置、摇头装置,并用ANSYS软件对悬挂系统的行星轮系各个齿轮进行了力学分析,强度满足要求。为火车缓冲箱内壁抛丸旋转摇头悬挂系统的开发提供了理论指导。
To improve the quality of the train buffer box wall blasting,reduce the manpower cost,puts forward a kind of new structure scheme of rotating and swing suspension system on the buffer box wall blasting,this suspension system make upside down the train buffer box can do rotating and shaking their heads at the same time when the train buffer boxes are shot blasting. The buffer box wall from different angles to accept cast blasting machine head thrown projectile impact,all-round cleaning,blasting thoroughly. The main drive device,rotating device and shaking device are designed respectively,and the mechanics analysis is done to every gear of planetary gear train of the suspension system by using the ANSYS software,the strength meet the requirements,this research provides a theoretical guidance to develop the suspension system of the rotating and swingon on the buffer box wall blasting.
