摘要
国际话语生态是一个复杂的综合体系,是全球资本广泛交集和激烈竞争的前沿地带,也是国际社会政治、经济、文化、科技、军事、外交以话语为形态进行展示的舞台。场域理论揭示了这种展示与竞争的暴力性和矛盾性,并反映了权力逻辑对国际话语权的建构与固化。国际话语权一般分为制度话语权、媒介话语权、学术话语权、文化话语权、民间话语权等五个组成部分。当下的国际话语体系由美国为代表的西方国家主导,并对中国话语采取拒斥和打压的霸权立场。要在国际话语体系中争得一席之地,我们必须加强国家话语的构建。针对如何提高中国的国际话语权,仅仅采取割裂式的民族主义应对策略是不够的,立足于生态文明的视阈,对东西方各种零碎方案进行拉伸与整合,展现一种贯穿、高远的包容精神,是一种解决现实问题的新路径。即一方面借用批评话语分析的语境研究范式及媒介域概念的延伸解意,一方面重视中国自己的知识思想体系的构建,实现穿越西方、回到当代的学术构想,用经过现代改造和重新阐释的新儒学反思社会民主的另一副面孔和一种全球性、具有普遍性的话语体系及社会语境,与西方人文大潮进行理性对话和互补增益,共同打造人类命运共同体的世界愿景。
International Discourse Ecology is a sophisticated and comprehensive system, full of foraging capitals and stage performance of political, economic, cultural, scientific, military and foreign affairs' discourse. The Field Theory disclosed the conflicts and disputes behind this show and performance, and also reflect the construction and solidifying of international discursive power under the control of hegemony logics. Based on the views of Van Dijk and Fairclough, international discursive power are divided into five parts institutional discursive power, media discursive power, academic discursive power, cultural discursive power and popular discursive power. Contemporary global discourse system is in the pocket of U. S. and western countries, they always refused and suppressed Chinese discourse by dominant institution. If China wants to be an active role in the envimmnent, it' s very necessary for China to reconstruct and restate it' s own discourse. We recognize that' s not complete to carry out a separating strategy of national emotions on promoting Chinese international discursive power. From the perspective of ecological civilization, extending and emerging a lot of single schemes of East and West, is a new approach to global disputes settlement. The spirit of penetrating and inclusive ambition will lead us to context research of CDA, media sphere illustration and also recall the reconstruction of Chinese knowledge and idea paradigm. The academic pursuit help us cross western philosophy history and return to contemporary China research, using reinterpreted New Confucianism to rethink another face of democracy and a global, universal discourse structure on focusing social context, having a reasonable dialogue with western tide of humanity, eventually reach a worldwide vision of human beings' commonwealth with shared future.
