摘要
目的研究联合监测孕妇血清及尿液胎盘生长因子(PLGF)对子痫前期的相关性。方法选取300例在某院就诊的孕妇中筛选出30例子痫前期患者作为研究对象,其中轻度子痫前期组17例,重度子痫前期组13例;另随机选取同期健康孕妇270例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组孕妇血清及尿液PLGF、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(s Flt-1)水平,分析与子痫前期发病的相关性及与血压、尿蛋白之间的相关性。结果重度子痫前期组血清PLGF及VEGF水平均明显低于另2组,s Flt-1水平则高于另2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度子痫前期组尿液PLGF及VEGF水平均明显低于另2组,s Flt-1水平则高于另2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);子痫前期组血清及尿液PLGF、VEGF水平与平均动脉压及24 h尿蛋白量均呈负相关性,与s Flt-1水平则呈正相关性。结论孕妇血清及尿液胎盘生长因子均与子痫前期发病严重程度呈相关性,检测孕妇尿液胎盘生长因子有助于预测子痫前期的发生。
Objective To research the correlation study of serum and urine Placental growth factor( PLGF) in preeclampsia pregnant Women. Methods 30 cases with preeclampsia were selected,17 cases of mild group and 13 cases of severe group. And 270 healthy pregnant women in the same period as a control group. ELISA was used to detect serum and urine PLGF,vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) and soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1( sFlt-1) levels in all groups. Results The level of serum PLGF and VEGF in severe group were significantly lower than the other two groups,and the level of sFlt-1 was higher than the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05); The level of urine PLGF and VEGF in severe group were significantly lower than the other two groups,and the level of sFlt-1 was higher than the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05); The levels of PLGF and VEGF in serum and urine in preeclampsia group were negatively correlated with the mean arterial pressure and the amount of 24 h urine protein,while the level of sFlt-1 was positively correlated. Conclusion The degree of preeclampsia was associated with the serum and urinary levels of VEGF,PLGF,and sFlt-1. Maternal urine VEGF,PLGF,and sFlt-1 levels can be used as a predictive marker for preeclampsia.
