摘要
针对橡胶行业硫化废气的特点,本工程采用"两级碱喷淋+两级活性炭+光催化除臭"组合工艺对其进行处理。该工艺处理后的废气中,油烟、H_2S和非甲烷总烃(NMHC)浓度分别为6.23、0.006、0.18 mg/m^3,臭气浓度217,去除率分别达到92%、89%、99%和90%,均满足《橡胶制品工业污染物排放标准》(GB27632-2011)和《恶臭污染物排放标准值》(GB14554-1993)的要求。工程运行结果表明"两级碱喷淋+两级活性炭+光催化除臭"组合工艺对硫化工段产生的排放量大、浓度低、成分复杂多变的废气具有良好的处理效果。
According to the characteristics of sulfide waste gas in rubber industry, the combined process of "two-stage alkali spray + two-stage activated carbon + photocatalytic deodorization" was adopted to treat it. After treated by this process, the concentration of oil fume, H2S and non-methane hydrocarbon(NMHC) were 6.23, 0.006 and 0.18 mg/m3 respectively, and the concentration of odor was 217. The removal rate of those indexes were 92 %, 89 %, 99 % and 90 % respectively. All of the indexes meet the standards for industrial pollutant emission of rubber products(GB 27632-2011) and the standard value of malodorous pollutants emission(GB 14554-1993). The results showed that the combined process of "two-stage alkali spray + two-stage activated carbon + photocatalytic deodorization" has a good effect on the waste gas produced by the vulcanizing section with low concentration, large emission and complex as well as variable composition.
