摘要
通过对一台裂解炉废锅内管内凹现象进行调查,采用化学成分分析、金相检查等技术手段对其发生原因进行分析,得出腐蚀减薄是导致其失稳变形的主要原因。
Through the investigation of the internal concave phenomenon in the waste pot of a cracking furnace, the causes are analyzed by chemical composition analysis and metallographic examination. It is concluded that the loss of corrosion is the main cause of its destabilization.
