Simultaneous Determination of Pb, Cr, Cd, Se, and Hg in Food Gums by ICP-AES Using Microwave Digestion for Sample Preparation

摘要 分别优化Pb、Cr、Cd、Se、Hg等五种元素在电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法中的测定条件,然后将食品胶样品经微波消解,样品液注入光谱仪中同时分析五种元素的含量。方法的检出限为0.0009~0.0334 mg·L^(-1)、样品回收率96.0%~108.0%、方法精密度为0.6%~1.4%。获得了一种低成本快速分析食品胶中五种有毒元素的方法。 Objective: An inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was developed for the determination of Pb, Cr, Cd, Se, and Hg. Samples were digested with HNO3 and H2O2 followed by dilution with ultrapure water and then analyzed. He analysis lines of the five elements were identified. The acid environment of the sample and standard series are consistent to eliminate the interference of the matrix elements to the measurement. The limits of detection for Pb, Cr, Cd, Se, Hg varied from 0.0009~0.0334 mg·L-1. The average recoveries of the method for Pb, Cd, Cr, As and Hg were found to be 96.0 %~108.0 %, while RSD(n=10) was found to be 0.6 %~1.4 % for these heavy metal. The satisfactory results indicate that it has great potential for the determination of simple, fast, low cost and low risk of sample contamination. It can analyze five elements in the sample simultaneously.
