摘要
本文以当代城市空间的办公空间发展现状导入,提出人们对办公场所的选择不再受限于特定的办公空间。通过提炼信息技术的更迭下办公空间的发展历程来分析对办公行为的影响,基于"互联网+"时代下的共享经济、共享社区来分析共享的内涵,对当代具有共享特征的办公空间模式进行分析,论证共享理念下城市空间互相渗透,空间功能边界趋向于模糊。进而初步探讨未来办公空间以共享为基础,走向智能化,进而影响城市空间中办公模式的发展趋势。
Starting from the development of office space in contemporary urban space, this paper proposes that people＇s choice of office space is no longer limited to a specific office space. In this paper, the influence of the development of office space on office behaviors has been analyzed through drawing on the information technology. The connation of sharing and office space mode featuring sharing is analyzed based on shared economy and shared community. It argues that city spaces are integrating with each other and the boundary of it is tend to be unclear. Furthermore, this paper makes a preliminary exploration of the development tendency of future office space that is based on sharing and intelligence and thus affects the office mode of city space.
