摘要
选取苏香粳2号、苏粳8、楚粳香1号、中籼2503、粳籼89、广协1号和Dular 7个水稻品种作为实验材料,设置4个汞浓度梯度处理,分别为0、0.1、0.3、0.8 mmol/L,采用盆栽水培的方法培育至成熟期,研究汞胁迫对7个水稻品种花粉活力与结实的影响。结果表明:穗分化期间水稻花粉活力和花粉育性受低汞胁迫伤害较小,而高汞毒害造成水稻花粉母细胞结构完整性遭受破坏,导致花粉活力受到抑制。不同品种的花粉活力和育性对汞毒胁迫的响应受花药结构和生理共同调节作用。汞胁迫下花粉活力、花粉育性和结实率存在品种上的差异。在理论研究上中,籼2503、苏粳8可作为水稻花粉发育研究的参试材料;生产实践中,花粉活力、花粉育性和结实率可作为水稻品种选育和汞胁迫程度预测的可靠指标。
Seven rice varieties (Suxianggeng 2, Sugeng 8, Chugengxiang 1, Zhongxiang 2503, Xianggeng 89, Guangxie 1 and Dular) were'cultivated in potted hydroponics till the maturity period under four concentrations of mercury (0, 0.1, 0.3 and 0.8 mmol/L, respectively) to observe their pollen viability and seed setting rate. The results showed that the low-Hg stress caused less damage to the pollen viability and pollen fertility of the 7 rice varieties during the spike differentiation while the high mercury stress damaged the integrity of the structure of the mother cells of the rice pollen due to high toxicity, leading to inhibition of the pollen viability. The response of pollen viability and fertility of different varieties to mercury toxicity was regulated by anther structure and physiology. There were differences in pollen viability, pollen fertility and seed setting rate among the varieties under mercury stress. Zhongxian 2503 and Sugeng 8 could be used as the test materials for research of rice pollen development. The pollen viability, pollen fertility and seed setting rate could be used as reliable indicators for breeding of new rice varieties and prediction of their mercury stress.
