摘要
钢管混凝土施工过程是向钢管拱肋内部浇注混凝土,浇注后的管内混凝土肉眼无法直接观察,钢管混凝土的强度、密实性及是否存在蜂窝、夹渣、麻面、结合不良等缺陷不能直观地反映出来,需要采取辅助手段对管内混凝土完整性进行检测,如人工敲击法、超声波法、表面波法、钻芯取样法以及光纤检测系统等。工程实践表明,采用声波无损检测技术对浇注后的拱肋混凝土进行检测具有良好的应用效果。
The construction procedure of concrete - filled steel tube is to pour concrete in the arch rib of steel tube. The concrete in the tube after pouring cannot be observed directly through naked eye, and strength, compactness and defects like honeycomb, slag inclusion, pitted surface, lack of bond and so on of concrete - filled steel tube cannot be reflected visually. The detection for the integrity of concrete in the tube should be performed by adopting auxiliary means, like artificial hammering method, ultrasonic wave method, surface wave method, core -drilling sampling method and optical fiber detection system and so on. The engineering practice shows that, adopting non - destructive testing technology of sound wave to perform the detection has a good application effect for the concrete in the arch rib after pouring.
