摘要
对232组煤的热值及其对应的工业分析数据进行回归分析,推导出煤的发热量与挥发分和固定碳的经验公式、发热量与煤灰含量的定量关联式,两式均具有相当高的相关系数,分别为R2=0.997 9、R2=0.936 9,其计算结果的平均误差均在±5.0%内。对31批次煤物理特性和化学成分分析标准物质的相关煤质数据的验算具有良好的准确度,表明该经验公式可供快速预测煤的发热量时使用。
Regression analysis was performed on 232 groups of the coal calorific value and the corresponding proximate analysis data. The empirical formula between calorific value and the volatile content and fixed carbon of coal, and the quantitative correlation formula between calorific value and coal ash content were derived, both of them had relatively high correlation coefficients, R^2=0.997 9 and R^2=0.936 9 respectively, the average error of the calculation results was within +5.0%. The formulas were testfied to be of good accuracy by calculating the calorific value of 31 standard materials for analysis of physical and chemical compositions of coals. It is shown that the empirical formulas can be used to quickly predict the calorific value of coal.
