摘要 针对精煤产品水分已成为影响阳煤二矿选煤厂产品质量稳定和经济效益提高的主要问题,结合精煤水分合格率及洗选流程对比分析等现状调查,探讨了其精煤产品水分偏高的原因,并在洗选工艺改造、精煤脱水设备调整及生产管理等方面采取一系列有效的措施,实施脱水筛更换筛板等技术改造后精煤质量指标稳步提升,大幅降低了因精煤水分超标所造成的煤质扣款。 Regarding to that the clean coal moisture content has become the main problem which affected the stable quality and economic benefits of Yangquan coal No. 2 coal mine coal preparation plant, combining with the comparison analysis of clean coal moisture pass rate and comparison ana]ysis of washing process, the reason of why the clean coal prodact has high moisture content was discussed, from aspects such as washing process reformation, clean coal dewatering equipment adjustment and production management, some effective measurements were adopted, after the technology reformation like changing the sieve plate of dewatering screen, the clean coal quality index improved steadily, the money deduction caused by excess of clean coal moisture content reduced dramatically.
