摘要
目的分析腮腺恶性肿瘤扩大切除手术及即可修复手术实施的临床应用效果。方法选取本院于2015年4月～2016年4月收治的腮腺恶性肿瘤患者35例作为研究对象,根据住院时间先后分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者18例患者应用腮腺恶性肿瘤扩大切除手术治疗,待术后1个月后实施修复治疗;观察组患者实施腮腺恶性肿瘤扩大切除手术后即刻修复,对比观察两组患者的临床疗效以及预后复发情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.17%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为66.67%,观察组更高(P<0.05),术后1年内观察组患者的复发率0%,对照组复发率22.22%,观察组较低(P<0.05),观察组与对照组患者在治疗总有效率与复发率方面对比差异均有统计学意义,两组患者在死亡率方面进行比较差异无统计学意义。结论腮腺恶性肿瘤扩大切除手术及即可修复的临床疗效显著,可有效降低术后复发率,改善预后效果,值得临床进一步推广普及。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of excision surgery for parotid malignant tumors and the operation of repairable surgery.Methods A total of 35 patients with malignant tumors of the parotid gland admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the hospitalization time. The control group patientswere treated with enlarged malignant tumors of the parotid gland. Surgical treatment was performed 1 month after the operation. The observationgroup was repaired immediately after the enlarged resection of the salivary gland tumor. The clinical efficacy and prognosis of the two groups werecompared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.17%. The total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%. The observationgroup was higher （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group was 0% within 1 year after operation. The rate was 22.22%, and theobservation group was lower （P〈0.05）. There was significant difference in the total effective rate and recurrence rate between the observation groupand the control group. There was no statistical difference in mortality between the two groups. Conclusions The clinical curative effect of enlargedresection and salvage of salivary gland tumors is significant, which can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and improve the prognosis. It is worthfurther popularization.
