摘要 "一带一路"倡议是国家发展的命脉,参与并积极服务"一带一路"这一世纪性系统大工程,是职业教育理应肩负起的历史使命。"一带一路"倡议下,我国职业教育迎来发展契机,也面临一系列挑战。基于SWOT模型进行分析,我国职业教育就内部环境而言,具备规模优势和能力优势,但缺乏"走出去"的经验、保障和底气;就外部环境而言,既有国家和企业的支持,又遭遇"标准门槛"和"融合困境"的威胁。"一带一路"倡议下,我国职业教育"走出去"应当遵循SO战略、WO战略、ST战略及WT战略。 The“Belt and Road Initiative”is the lifeblood of the country's development. Participating in and activelyserving this major project is a historical mission that should be shouldered by vocational education. Under this initiative,China's vocational education has ushered in an opportunity for development. It also faces a series of challenges.Based on the analysis of the SWOT model, vocational education in China has scale advantages and capacityadvantages in terms of internal environment, but lacks the experience, guarantee, and confidence in "going global".As far as the external environment is concerned, both the support of countries and enterprises and the threat of"standard barriers" and "merger dilemmas" are encountered. In view of "the Belt and Road Initiative", China’s vocationaleducation“going global”should follow the SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy, and WT strategy.
