摘要
针对单层柱面网壳稳定性较差的特点,构建了新型的折线形单层柱面网壳。首先对构建的3种拱向准线形式折线形单层柱面网壳进行了两种荷载条件下的特征屈曲分析,结果表明:起折后的折线形单层柱面网壳的一阶临界荷载屈曲系数相对于单层圆柱面网壳结构提高了十几倍。然后对折线形单层圆柱面网壳考虑荷载的不利布置和温度作用对其稳定性的影响,结果表明:在周边支承的情况下结构升温对承载力更为不利。最后对3种拱向准线形式折线形单层柱面网壳进行考虑了初始缺陷和荷载不对称布置的非线性分析,结果表明:折线形单层圆柱面网壳对初始缺陷和荷载不均匀布置较为不敏感。
Aiming at the problem of poor stability of the single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell, a new type of polyline single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell was constructed. Firstly, the eigenvalue buckling analysis under the two loading conditions was studied for the three arches of polyline single-layer cylindrical reticulated shells. The first-order eigenvalue buckling coefficient of polyline single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell is more than ten times higher than the single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell structure. Then the influence of the unfavorable arrangement and temperature effect on the stability of the polyline single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell was studied. It was shown that the temperature rise of the structure was more unfavorable to the bearing capacity in the case of the peripheral support. A nonlinear analysis of the initial defects and the asymmetrical arrangement of loads was carried out for the three arches of polyline single-layer cylindrical reticulated shells, which shown that the polyline single-layer cylindrical reticulated shells were relatively insensitive to initial defects and unevenly-loaded arrangements.
