摘要
随着新型装配式建筑产业化程度的提升和现代化水平的提高,预制混凝土构件包括预制外墙板、预制柱、预制梁和预制楼梯等在新建装配式建筑项目中的需求不断攀升。以南通政务中心停车综合楼装配式项目为背景,介绍预制混凝土构件模具设计、计算、预制构件生产、安装等主要施工技术。
With the industrialization and modernization of new type fabricated buildings, the application of prefabricated cladding panels, prefabricated columns, prefabricated beams, prefabricated columns and prefabricated staircases is becoming more and more widespread in the new type prefabricated building projects. Taking the assembly project of the parking complex building of Nantong Administration Center as the background,the key construction technologies such as mold design, calculation and component production, lifting and installation of prefabricated components in the construction of the new pre-fabricated structure are introduced.
