摘要
加载反力系统是大型结构实验室的重要设施,设计方和使用方对其平整度、水平度、垂直度、螺栓孔定位等方面的精度要求很高,且须一次浇筑成型,不允许开裂,需施加预应力,故施工难度较大。以广西某高校大型结构试验平台的混凝土反力台座、反力墙为背景,详细介绍该工程中螺栓孔预埋件制作、校正、防锈蚀、定位及预应力施加、模板支撑、钢筋布置、混凝土浇筑等关键工序。实施效果表明,在满足精度要求的前提下,可节省施工费用、缩短工期。
Loading reaction system is an important facility in large-scale structure laboratory. The designer and the owner require high accuracy in the aspects of flatness, levelness, perpendicularity, bolt holes positioning, etc. And it must cast only once, apply prestress to prevent cracking. So the difficulty of construction is specially high. According to the concrete reaction pedestal and reaction wall system of the large-scale experiment platform of a university in Guangxi, the construction technology of the key processes, bolt hole preembedded pieces manufacture, deformation correcting, corrosion prevention, location, prestress applying, formwork-support system, rebar arrangement, concrete casting in this project are introduced in detail. The practice results indicate the requirement of precision can be satisfied, the construction cost and period can be saved.
