摘要
BIM技术和精益建造的集成应用,可辅助解决大型复杂工程中的管理和技术难题。通过研究BIM和精益建造之间的相互作用关系,提出建设方驱动下的BIM与精益建造集成应用模式。将其应用到某机场工程项目中,得出此模式能改善各参与方之间的管理协同效率,对大型复杂工程的工期缩短和成本节约有促进作用。
The integration of building information modeling(BIM) and lean construction(LC) is conducive to solve the managerial and technical issues in large-complex construction projects. Based on the interactional relations between BIM and LC, a management method for large-complex projects that integrates owner-dominated BIM and LC was developed in this study. Then, the presented method was applied to an airport construction project, and it was concluded that the presented method could improve the efficiency of coordination management among participants, and play an important role in promoting the time shortening and cost saving of large-complex projects.
