摘要
针对船舶交通管理系统(Vessel Traffic Services,VTS)管理决策与人机交互智能化的不足,以态势感知理论与可视分析技术为手段,设计基于可视分析的VTS监管水域船舶航行风险态势感知认知框架,分析基于时空数据挖掘的船舶航行风险态势评价方法、船舶航行风险不确定性预测模型及VTS管理人员决策多维参数可视化有效算法等关键技术,通过系统评估方法开展可视分析系统验证与改进。研究结果表明:借助可视分析方法,该系统可实时监控水域中的航行风险演化,保障安全通航,为航行决策提供重要的参考依据,可对未来研发VTS智能化系统提供技术支持。
The research focuses on introducing intelligence into Vessel Traffic Services( VTS) and improving Human-Computer Interaction( HCI) of VTS. A framework of visualized Situation Awareness( SA) system for VTS to monitor navigation risk is designed. The risk assessment approach through spatio-temporal data mining is devised and the prediction model of navigation risk is developed. The decision visualization scheme is designed to facilitate interpreting the information necessary for maritime administration. Systematic evaluation is performed to verify and improve the system. Experiments show that the system is able to provide insights for navigation decision-making,and valuable for improving inland navigation safety.The concept can be seen as the first step towards the intelligent VTS system.
