摘要
常规的LNG储罐内管道与维修梯分体式设计安装方法施工复杂、造价较高,且因焊接扰动而增加了储罐主容器(内罐)发生泄漏的风险。通过对LNG内罐结构形式进行综合分析,提出一套LNG储罐内管道与维修梯一体化结构的设计方案:将管道作为承载构件,横向连接件及维修梯作为固定构件,相互辅助形成独立于内罐壁外的自支撑结构系统。根据LNG储罐设计中的典型极端工况,通过数值模拟分析方法对一体化结构系统进行了计算分析,基于容许应力法校核验证了一体化结构系统的安全性、可靠性。该系统可以实现罐内管道和维修梯的功能需求,且脱离了内罐壁板的侧向支撑,自成稳定结构体系,有效提高了储罐建造的经济性、安全可靠性,可为LNG储罐内一体化结构系统设计和安全可靠度分析提供理论指导。
The split-type design and installation method for the pipeline and maintenance ladder inside conventional LNGstorage tanks is disadvantageous with complicated construction and high cost, and the leakage risk of the main tank of the tank(i.e., inner tank)is greatly increased due to the welding disturbance. In this paper, the structure of LNG inner tank was analyzed comprehensively and then a set of design proposal for the integrated structure of the pipeline and maintenance ladder inside LNG storage tank was put forward. In this proposal, the pipeline is taken as a load carrying component, the lateral joints and the maintenance ladder are taken as fixed components, and they support each other to form a selfsupporting structure system independent of the inner tank wall. Then, based on the typical extreme conditions in the design of the LNG tank, the integrated structure system was calculated and analyzed by means of numerical simulation analysis method. Finally, the safety and reliability of the integrated structure system was verified by means of allowable stress method. It is indicated that this system is not only able to achieve the functional requirements of the pipelines and maintenance ladder, but also independent of the side support of the inner tank wall. In this way, a self-supporting stable structure system is established and it can effectively improve the economy, safety and reliability of tank construction. The research results can provide the theoretical guidance for the design and safety reliability analysis of the integrated structure system inside LNG tanks.
