摘要
文章从乡村振兴战略对农村中小学教育提出的挑战、乡村振兴对农村小学数学教学提出的新需求、农村小学数学教师需要具备计算思维教学能力等方面阐述了农村小学数学教师计算思维教学能力培养的必要性,进而提出网络学习共同体是培养农村小学数学教师计算思维能力的有效途径。论述了合理设计网络学习共同体的共同目标、依托校本教研促进网络学习共同体的成长和专家引领下的平等多样化等网络学习共同体提升农村小学数学教师计算思维教学能力的对策。
This paper expounds the necessity of the teaching ability of mathematics teachers in rural primary schools. It is formulated from the challenge of rural primary and middle school education from the rural revitalization strategy,the new demand of rural primary school mathematics teaching,the need of rural primary school mathematics teachers to have the ability of calculating thinking teaching,etc. It is proposed that the network learning community is an effective way to cultivate the computational thinking ability of primary school mathematics teachers in rural areas. Finally,this paper discusses the countermeasures of the network learning community to improve the ability of mathematics teachers in rural primary school. The countermeasures include rational design of the common goals of the community,school-based teaching and research to promote the growth of the community and experts led by equality and diversity,etc.
