摘要
悬挂式单轨在我国有很大的发展潜力,目前尚未形成统一的技术标准、规范,对线路缓和曲线长度的计算方法和公式进行研究。结合我国悬挂式单轨实验车型相关资料,分析车体摆动原理,通过借鉴类似轨道交通的成熟的计算理论,推导缓和曲线的计算公式,同时分析公式中的列车倾斜时变率的影响因素及合理值,最后进行检算和与国内外类似系统的公式进行对比。确定不同条件下线路缓和曲线计算公式,编制缓和曲线长度表,研究结论已经应用于黄果树悬挂式单轨工程。
The suspended monorail transportation has great potential in our country. But there has beenno unified standard and code. In this paper, the calculation method and formula of the length of transitioncurve are studied, which provides technical supports for the line design of suspended monorail transit infuture. The data of experimental vehicles are collected and vehicle oscillation principles are analyzed.Then, according to the mature theories of relevant projects, the paper presents the calculation formula ofthe transition curve and analyzes the influence factors and reasonable value of the train lean-time-variablerate. Finally, the results are checked and compared with the similar systems at home and abroad. Theformulas of the length of transition curve in different conditions are determined and the transition curvelength table is developed. The research conclusions have been applied to the suspended monorail projectof Huangguoshu.
