摘要
农产品"从农田到餐桌"全过程的安全,确保产地环境的安全是关键。本文通过收集近年来国内外有关苏州农产品产地土壤环境研究数据,综述了苏州农产品产地土壤重金属及主要有机污染物的种类与程度,分析了其产生的原因与潜在的危害,提出了农产品产地土壤污染主要的防控和治理措施,旨在为当地农产品产地土壤的保护和可持续利用提供信息。
It is essential for the safety of locality environment of agricultural products to ensure the safety of agro-products from farm to dining table. This paper summarized the types and degrees of heavy metals and major organic pollutants in soil of Suzhou agricultural product area by collecting the data of soil environment research of suzhou agricultural product area both at home and abroad in recent years, analyzed the cause and potential hazards of the pollution, and proposed some countermeasures to control heavy metal and organic pollutants, in order to provide information to protect local soil of agricultural products and realize the sustainable use of soil resources.
