摘要
采用黑毛茶-丙二酸-硫酸铈铵-溴酸钾-硫酸B-Z振荡体系,得到不同地域黑毛茶的指纹图谱并讨论其特征参数和相似度﹒实验表明,振荡反应的最优实验条件为:溴酸钾0.301 7 mol/L,硫酸3.0 mol/L,丙二酸0.799 mol/L,硫酸铈铵0.006 09 mol/L,黑毛茶原液0.50 g/L,振荡体系的总体积为50 mL,且反应温度为30℃;在此振荡反应条件下,不同地区的黑毛茶有各不相同的指纹图谱,可根据指纹图谱的特征参数来计算黑毛茶的相似度,从而辨别出不同产地的黑毛茶﹒
In order to obtain the fingerprints of dark tea in different regions and their characteristic parameters and similarities were discussed. Experiments show that the optimal experimental conditions for chemical finger print are as follows: potassium bromated 0.301 7 mol/L, sulfuric acid 3.0 mol/L, melodic acid 0.799 mol/L, ammonium cerium sulfate 0.006 09 mol/L, dark tea stock solution 0.50 g/L. The total volume of the system is 50 mL and the reaction temperature is 30 ℃. Under this oscillating reaction conditions, the dark tea in different regions is of different finger print. The similarity of dark tea is calculated based on the characteristic parameters of the finger print to distinguish the difference origin of dark tea.
