正交设计含无机纳米成分的LDPE片材的抗菌性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用纳米银、纳米氧化锌、抗氧化剂168与低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)制备塑料片材,通过贴膜法对片材进行抗菌性实验。利用正交试验设计和方差分析处理,研究多因素对塑料片材的抗菌性能的影响。结果表明,在研究设置的水平范围内,纳米银、纳米氧化锌、抗氧化剂168对塑料片材的抗菌性均无显著影响,可能是纳米银、纳米氧化锌颗粒在塑料基体内难于发生迁移,从而对片材表面的抗菌性影响不大;而抗氧化剂168本身的抗菌性并不明显。研究还发现仅含抗氧化剂168的片材抗菌率达到90. 41%,推测是其降解产物具有抗菌性。 Nano-silver, nano-zinc oxide and antioxidant 168 were mixed into low-density polyethylene (LDPE) to prepare plastic sheets. The anti-microbial properties of the sheets were tested by film coating method. The effects of multiple factors on the antibacterial properties of plastic sheets were studied by orthogonal test design and variance analysis. Results show that within the scope of the research set level, nano-silver, nano-zinc oxide and antioxidant 168 have no significant effect on antimicrobial properties of plastic sheet. It is probably because nano-silver and nano-zinc oxide particles in the plastic substrate are difficult to migrate, and have little effects on the antimicrobial properties of the sheet surface; and the antimicrobial activity of antioxidant 168 itself is not obvious. The study also found that the antibacterial rate of LDPE sheets containing only anti-oxidant 168 reached to 90. 41% , which was supposed to be antibacterial function of degradation products of anti-oxidant 168.
