摘要
本文以海藻酸钠(SA)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,结合钙离子原位释放法和冻融循环法制备海藻酸钙/聚乙烯醇(CA/PVA)互穿网络水凝胶。通过凝胶分数的测定来分析水凝胶的交联程度,采用扫描电镜来观察水凝胶的微观形貌,并对水凝胶的热稳定性、吸水保湿性、流变性、拉伸性能以及细胞毒性等进行分析研究。结果表明,当Ca^(2+)用量为10mM,冻融循环≥4次时,可以得到具有均匀规整且孔隙率较高的多孔结构水凝胶。
Calcium alginate/poly(vinyl alcohol) interpenetrating network hydrogels were prepared by in situ Ca2+ releasing and freeze-thawing method. The crosslinking density of and the microscopic morphology of the CA/PVA hydrogels were characterized and analyzed by conventional methods. Furthermore, the thermal stability, swelling and water retention behaviors, rheological properties, tensile properties and cytotoxicity were also studied in details. The results show that the hydrogels with close regular porous network structures are obtained when the Ca2+ is 10 mM and the freeze-thawing times are equal to and greater than 4. The prepared hydrogels have excellent swelling and water retention behaviors and mechanical properties, implying great application prospects in biomedical fields.
