摘要
为了揭示雾霾和灰霾灾害的发生、演变和时空分布等规律,对湖南省15个气象观测站的气象数据筛选统计,结果显示湖南省2002年至2006年各地区年均雾日数逐年下降,而2014年至2015年整体增幅显著;雾日数1月最多,7、8、9月较少;湖南省年际霾日数2011年以来变化明显,其中2012年至2013年有13个地区上升,2015年整体有所回落;霾日数1月最多,5、6、7、8月较少。同时结合湖南省的遥感数据、地理数据和环境数据进行分析,基于致灾因子、孕灾环境、承灾体、防灾能力对湖南省雾霾、灰霾进行模糊综合评价,最终得出风险区划图,结果显示:湖南省雾霾、灰霾灾害高风险区主要集中在长株潭三角区(长沙市市辖区、株洲市市辖区及湘潭地区)、衡阳市市辖区,并以此为中心向四周低风险区域过渡,而低风险区主要集中在湘西、湘南以及岳阳东部地区。
In order to reveal the occurrence, the evolution and the spatial and temporal distribution of fog-haze and haze disasters, the data of 15 meteorological observation stations in Hunan Province were filtered and analyzed. The statistics showed that the annual average fog days declined year by year from 2002 to 2006, while the overall increase from 2014 to 2015 was significant. And the number of fog days was the most in January, and less in July, August and September. The inter-annual haze days in Hunan has changed significantly since 2011, with 13 regions rising from 2012 to 2013, and overall decline in 2015. The number of haze days was the most in January, and less in May, June, July and August. At the same time, through analyzing the remote sensing data, geographical data and environmental data of Hunan province, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of fog-haze and haze based on disas- ter factors, disaster-formative environments, disaster-affected bodies and disaster prevention ability is carried out, and the risk division map is finally obtained. The results showed that the high risk areas of fog-haze and haze in Hunan Province were mainly concentrated in the Chang-Zhu-Tan triangle area (Changsha district, Zhuzhou district and Xiangtan district), Hengyang District, and which take this as the center to transition to low risk areas around. As for the low risk areas, they were mainly concentrated in Xiangxi, southern of Hunan and eastern of Yueyang.
