冷却液压力对42CrMo切槽用内冷刀具耐磨性和切屑形貌的影响 被引量:2

The Influence of Coolant Pressure on Wear Resistance of Internal Cooling Tool and Chip Morphology in Grooving 42CrMo

摘要 本文采用具有精准喷射冷却液的内冷切槽刀具进行42CrMo切槽试验,通过与传统冷却进行对比分析,探索冷却液压力对刀具磨损和切屑形貌的影响规律。试验结果表明:较传统冷却相比,内冷切槽刀具在35 bar和75 bar压力条件下都能提高刀具的耐磨性和断屑效果;随着冷却液压力的提高,刀片的磨损有明显减小的趋势;切屑形貌在35 bar和75 bar的冷却液压力条件下有明显的改善,由传统冷却下的紧密型饼状切屑转变为松散型切屑,在80 m/min的线速度下呈C形切屑。 Grooving turning experiments for 42CrMo were carried by the internal cooling cutting tool with an accurate injection coolant in this paper. The effects of coolant pressure on tool wear and chip morphology were investigated by comparing with traditional cooling. It is shown that the tools with 35 bar and 75 bar pressure both have better wear resistance and chip-break than the tool with traditional cooling. With the increase of coolant pressure, the wear of insert is obviously reduced. The chip morphology is obviously improved under the coolant pressure of 35 bar and 75 bar. The close pancakeshaped chips under traditional cooling are changed into loose chips, even C-shaped chips are found at the cutting speed of 80 m/min.
