摘要
为研究不同青贮、粗饲料干物质(DM)在育成羊瘤胃的降解特性,试验采用尼龙袋法,选用4只体重相近、体况健康且装有永久瘤胃瘘管滩湖杂交F2代育成公羊,分别测定5种青贮(甜高粱3701、F10、高丹草3901、CFSH_30、饲用玉米)和3种粗饲料(苜蓿干草、柠条饲料、葵花壳)在瘤胃消化4、8、16、24、48 h和72 h的干物质降解率,应用粗饲料分级指数(GI)评价其相对饲喂价值。结果表明:青贮饲料中8 h和16 h时最佳DM降解率为屯玉168(P <0.01),24 h时优势也显著(P <0.05),4 h和48 h的最佳DM降解率分别为F10和CFSH_30(P <0.01);粗饲料中苜蓿干草在6个消化时间的DM降解率均与其他2组差异极显著(P <0.01)。GI值由高到低依次是苜蓿干草>柠条饲料>CFSH_30>3701>F10>屯玉168>3901>葵花壳粉,苜蓿干草的瘤胃DM降解率和营养价值高,是优质饲料的首选;高丹草CFSH_30具有高品质GI值评价,可作为代替部分豆科类牧草较理想的优质饲草品种在生产中推广应用。
In order to study the degradation characteristics of dry matter (DM) in rumen of growing ram with different silages and roughages.The experiment was carried out with nylon-bag method and four hybrid F2 growing ram of Tan sheep×Hu sheep with similar body weight, healthy body condition and permanent rumen fistula were selected. The dry matter degradation rates of five silages (sweet sorghum 3701, FIO, sorghum×sudan grass 3901, C FSH30, forage maize) and three kinds of roughage (alfalfa hay, caragana feed, sunflower shell) were determined in rumen digestion for 4,8,16,24,48 h and 72 h respectively.The relative feeding value of the test samples were evaluated accurately by using the grading index (GI).The results showed that the optimum DM degradation rate (DMD)of the silage at 8 h and 16 h were Tunyu 168 (P 〈 0.01)and for 24 h DMD still significant (P 〈 0.05).At 4 h and 48 h DM degradation rate were F10 respectively. The DM degradation rate of alfalfa hay in six digestible times were significantly higher than that of the other two groups (P 〈 0.01).The order of GI value was alfalfa hay〉caragana feed〉CFSH30〉3701〉F10 〉Tunyu 168〉3901〉 sunflower shell. DM degradation rate and nutritional value of alfalfa hay were much more higher and as preference for high quality feed.CFSH30 has high quality GI value evaluation,which could be used as a substitute for some legume forage varieties to be popularized and applied in production.
