摘要
以某国产轿车样车的车内噪声控制问题为例,阐述通过道路试验进行噪声源识别的方法。对实验方法确定、测试信号选择以及数据处理的程序和方法进行了系统的阐述。分析结果,该车车内噪声主要由于发动机的二阶振动引起,而且在传递途径上存在很强的共振,车身顶棚和前围板是主要的噪声辐射源。对该车的发动机悬置系统和车身顶棚进行了有针对性的减振降噪措施,取得了最大降噪8dB(A)的良好降噪效果。
This paper presented a method of car interior noise source identification based on road test for a front -wheel - drive car equipped with a four - cylinder in-line engine,and systematically described the choice of road test scheme and measured signals and the procedure of data processing. The analysis on test results shows that the major factor governing internal noise level is the second order harmonic of the engine vibration,which is then transmitted to the body through engine mount, and that most of the interior noise is attributed to the vibration of the roof panel and firewall. And there is strong resonance in the vibration transmission path.Based on these results,modifications were made to both the engine mount and roof panel structure.It was found that the noise level is greatly reduced with a largest attenuation of 8 dB(A).
