摘要 为合理开发、高效利用水资源,提高区域水利工程集群的调度效率,在单个闸站调度管理的基础上,将区域空间上分散的闸站纳入统一调度管理范围,提出了"以图管站,图站联动"的水利工程集成管理模式。利用Web GIS技术整合公共地理框架数据体系"天地图"及区域水利工程、河网、断面等基础数据,在此基础上,利用Unity3D建立闸站三维仿真场景,设计了区域河网水利工程集成管理框架,为实现闸站集群统一调度提供了直观决策参考,有效提高了闸站集群的调度效率和管理水平。 In order to develop and utilize water resources rationally and efficiently and improve the scheduling efficiency of regional water conservancy project clusters, an integrated management mode of water conservancy project was proposed to include the regionally dispersed gate stations into the unified dispatch management scope on the basis of single gate station dispatch management. Based on Web GIS technology which integrated the public geographic framework data system of “Map World” and the basic data of regional water conservancy projects,river networks and sections and with Unity3D, it established the three-dimensional simulation scenes of the gate stations and designed the integrated management framework of regional river network water conservancy project, which had provided an intuitive reference for the unified scheduling of the gate station clusters and effectively improved the scheduling efficiency and management level of the gate station clusters.
