中西医结合治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的疗效及对免疫功能及血脂水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究中西医结合治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)的疗效及对免疫功能及血脂水平的影响。方法选取我院收治的TAO患者122例,根据接受治疗方式不同将其分成观察组(61例)和对照组(61例)。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在其基础上加服自拟通脉汤。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前、后免疫功能及血脂水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的IgG、IgM、LDL和TC水平均显著低于对照组与治疗前,C3、C4和HDL水平均显著高于对照组与治疗前(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗TAO疗效显著,可有效调节患者免疫功能,显著改善血脂代谢和肢体机能,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective To study the efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine on thromboangiitis obliterans(TAO) and its effect on immune function and levels of blood lipid. Methods A total of 122 patients with TAO admitted inour hospital were divided into observation group (61 cases) and control group (61 cases) according to different treatmentmethods. The control group was treated with western medicine, the observation group added the self -made Tongmaidecoction on this basis. The treatment effects, the immune function and levels of blood lipids before and after treatment ofthe two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higherthan that of the control group (P〈0.05). After treatment, the levels of IgG, IgM, LDL and TC in the observation group weresignificantly lower than those in the control group and the levels of C3, C4 and HDL were significantly higher than those inthe control group and before treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hassignificant curative effect on TAO, which can effectively regulate immune function, significantly improve blood lipidmetabolism and limb function, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
