摘要
建设社会主义法治国家需要大批具有法治精神的高素质人才,而高职学生最能代表未来我国人口的平均素质,倘若轻视高职学生法律素质的培养、忽视法治教育,就无法实现公民全面法治精神的培养和法律素养的提高。未来能够真正实现高职院校法治教育的全面提升,就要构建起全社会一体化法治教育模式,充分调动全社会力量共同营造尊法、学法、知法、懂法、守法的氛围,并将此模式长期进行推广,从而培养出合格守法公民,以实现法治教育的初衷。
Lots of high-quality talents with spirit of rule of law are needed in the construction of socialist country under the rule of law,and higher vocational students can best represent the average quality of Chinese population.If the higher vocational students’ law consciousness cultivation is despised,and legal education is ignored,it is unable to realize the cultivation of comprehensive spirit of rule of law and improve of legal accomplishment of citizens.To realize the comprehensive improvement of legal education of higher vocational colleges in the future,an integrated model of le-gal education of the whole society shall be built,and it is required to fully mobilize the forces of whole society to jointly create the atmosphere of respecting law,learning law,knowing law,understanding law,and abiding by law,and also this model will be promoted for a long term,so as to cultivate qualified law-abiding citizens,and realize the original intention of legal education.
